Waitlist Privacy Notice
Scoped is a looking-for-group app currently in development. Scoped is run by its two founders, who are the data controllers responsible for your information. For any questions or requests about your data, contact us at info@scoped.gg.
This notice explains what we do with the information you give us when you join our waitlist.
- What we collect
- Your email address (and your name or username, only if you choose to provide it).
- Why we collect it
- To notify you when Scoped launches. That's the only reason we collect it.
- Legal basis
- Your consent, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).
- How long we keep it
- Until Scoped launches and you've been notified, or until you ask us to remove you - whichever comes first. If we haven't launched within 18 months, we'll delete waitlist data that's no longer needed.
- Who we share it with
- No one, except the email provider we use to send messages, which processes it on our behalf. We never sell your data.
- Your rights
- Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop emailing you, at any time. To do any of these, email us at info@scoped.gg. You also have the right to complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
